Coaching

"True learning is the ability to decide upon change
and then follow through with clear mind and steady purpose.
True learning is the ability to take action.
This takes the definition of learning beyond accumulating
understanding and analyzing information."

Endorsements

"Working with Liz totally changed my life. It gave me the strength to move into a life I had only dreamt about. Liz helped me connect to my inner strengths and to see who I truly am. This work gave me the courage to step into a new life, new job and to move to the city. Some of this work was hard, to face fear head on and to see my habitual pattern of reacting to others actions. That I could choose to continue this or make a choice to shift my perspective of each situation, enter and stay grounded has served me well."
- LeeAnn Collins
Spa Director, Boston MA

"Prior to working Liz Thompson I felt my emotional understanding of myself existed only in my personal life, relationships, family and friends and my career existed in the side of my intellect. Liz helped me to join the two sides and I now know that a career has an emotional side and is interwoven with a personal side. The two go hand in hand."
- Independent Consultant

"I have been a life long meditator and I found that my spiritual life has also been enhanced, along with my career, through the knowledge I gained with my time with Liz. She helped me realize and clarify my emotional responses to all areas of my life and career. The depths of her insights helped me see my full potential and helped to me better understand my life as a whole. I have enjoyed my sessions with her and I look forward to further exploration in the future. She has made a big impact in my life."
- Helena Fruscio
Director: Berkshire Creative Economy Council

"I have Liz Thompson to thank in many ways for the confidence I've developed as an arts professional and for the progression of my career. Liz is the rare mentor who invests as much time nurturing the people who work for her as critiquing their work, thus allowing those around her to flourish and succeed. I constantly turn back to pearls of wisdom and insights gathered from time spent with Liz when facing the questions and challenges of the day."
- Tricia Mire
Director of Development, Asolo Repertory Theatre
Former Deputy Director of Lower Manhatten Cultural Council

"Dear Liz,

I cannot let you leave LMCC without thanking you for the contribution you have made to the cultural life of lower Manhattan, the borough and the City. Like most things worth doing, leading LMCC I'm sure has been both a tremendous joy and a burden – no doubt simultaneously on some days.

The work you've put into creating a sustainable, vibrant cultural organization that set the highest goals and then..." read more
